Andreas Hubinger, Gründer und Inhaber von MARECON Services. Eine Unternehmensberatung, gegründet 2007 mit dem Slogan: „Die Antwort auf ihre Ressourcenfragen”. Mit dem Ziel, den in Industrie und industrienahen Innovationsprojekten gewonnen Wissensvorsprung in einen klaren Mehrwert für seine Kunden umzusetzen. MARECON setzt dabei auf die Vogelperspektive der Standort(Markt)-beobachtung, der betrieblichen internationalen Standortimageanalyse sowie der Projektumsetzung. Dazu passend liegt der Schwerpunkt auf Regional Branding, Corporate Images und Kommunikation. „Corporate Image“ ist das Ergebnis der intern entwickelten Identität. Das „Output orientierte“ Image ist die kommunikative Positionierung für Standorterweiterungen in anderen Ländern/Kulturen damit vor Ort nichts „verloren“ geht. (Strategisches Marketing). EU Projekte können dabei einen klaren strategischen Mehrwert darstellen. Andreas Hubinger ist Evaluator in Brüssel. Nicht zuletzt aus einem Ergebnis der Standortbeobachtung entwickelt derzeit Andreas Hubinger das FORUM FACHARBEIT, eine Vereinigung von Unternehmen aus ganz Europa gemeinsam mit öffentlichen Einrichtungen, welche die Mission verfolgen, die Internationalisierung der Fachkräfte durch gezieltes Storytelling und neue Ausbildungswege umzusetzen.
Einige Hintergrundinformationen: Andreas Hubinger ist Elektromechaniker und Maschinenbauer. Er war über 9 Jahre Lokführer bei den ÖBB. Parallel zu seiner Arbeit als Lokführer studierte er BWL und Soziologie welches er mit dem Schwerpunkt Soziale Dynamik und Technikfolgenabschätzung, finalisierte. Danach Projektleiter und Cluster-Manager des Automobil-Clusters in Oberösterreich. Federführend beteiligt an der Entwicklung der europäischen Präsenz von Clusterland Oberösterreich. Andreas Hubinger erreichte als erster österr. Cluster Manager den zweiten Platz als „European Cluster Manger“, in Valencia. In seiner Zeit als Netzwerk-Spezialist beurteilte er Cluster-Konzepte in Europa und ist eingeladen bei strategischen Arbeitsgruppen auf nationaler und EU-Ebene mitzuwirken. Er ist laufend Mentor des West-Pannonia-Clusters sowie in Barcelona, Asturien, Norwich (England), Stuttgart, Milano, Perugia und der Türkei.
Mr Hubinger is the founder and CEO of MARECON Services, founded in 2007. A consulting company with its slogan: “the answer to your resource questions” focuses on the added value from industry driven innovations using the optimum solutions for its client’s requirements. MARECON puts on the bird´s eye strategy for site (market) observation, operational site analyses and evaluations. Matching the focus is on regional emphasis on branding, corporate image and communication: “Corporate Image” is working with the internally developed identity. The “output oriented” image is a tool for understanding the company values at new location markets in different cultures. EU projects could be a strategic part and added value. Mr Hubinger is Evaluator in Brussels. Last but not least from the perspective of site observations, actually we develop the FORUM FACHARBEIT / FORUM SPECIALIST @ WORK, an association of companies from all over Europe together with public bodies which pursue the mission to initiate the internationalisation of the Specialists Work via new trainings methods, storytelling and as a matter of course, with passion.
Some background information: Mr Hubinger is an electrician and machine builders. He was engineer in the ÖBB (Austrian Railways) over 9 years. Parallel to his work as engineer, he studied business administration and Sociology which he finalized with specialisation in social dynamics and technology assessment. During his about 25 year’s work life experience, he was project leader and Cluster Manager of the Automotive Cluster in Upper Austria. He had a leading role in the developed European presence of the Clusterland Upper Austria. Mr Hubinger received the 2nd place as European Cluster Manger”, in Valencia At its time as network-specialist he assessed Cluster concepts in Europe, Cluster Mappings and finally ongoing participation in strategic working groups at national and European level. He is an ongoing mentor of the West Pannonia Cluster, as well as in Barcelona, Asturias, Norwich (England), Stuttgart, Milano, Perugia, and Turkey.
